windows 7 font colour question

Monday, October 10, 2011 by Vampothika | Discussion: Skinning

i have come accross a font colour that i cannot seem to find or change,

in windows 7, my documents/libraries, the top font that says "documents library" seems to have a life of its own and takes on the strangest colours,

is this a glitch, hard coded or can it be changed somewhere?

thanks in advance.

not the expert here but I have heard that the color is what it is. I've seen it red and green.

I'am always wondering why this part can't be changed, indeed...

mostly stays green but sometimes changing to purple/red without any visible reason...(choice of librairies back color ?)

for a perfectionnist, it's like a small pebble in the footwear...
